We are looking for an experienced Corporate Strategy & Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive growth opportunities, and oversee key corporate projects. This role requires a strong background in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and investor relations. Based in The Woodlands, Texas, this position offers the chance to shape the future direction of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support the company's growth and expansion goals.
• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions (M& A) activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Develop and execute corporate strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee the execution of special projects and initiatives critical to the organization's success.
Requirements • At least 10 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing mergers and acquisitions (M& A) processes from start to finish.
• Strong background in investor relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate strategies that drive growth.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
