You will assess markets, define execution plans, and lead strategic projects, while building and managing a strong M&A pipeline from target identification to transaction execution. **Key Responsibilitie** + Identify high-potential market opportunities (“where to play”) and define execution paths (“how to win”). + Lead cross-functional teams in strategy definition, alignment, and implementation. + Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of revenue and margin goals. + Build and manage the BU’s M&A pipeline; evaluate targets, lead due diligence, and coordinate transactions. + Maintain market models, competitive intelligence, and industry insights. + Mentor junior team members and strengthen strategic capabilities across the BU. **Your ideal background** + Strong background in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking. + Experience leading cross-functional projects; energy sector experience a plus. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. + Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across cultures. + MBA or Master’s preferred, but not required. **Career Growth** High performers will have opportunities to progress into P&L leadership, expanded strategy roles, or corporate M&A positions **Location: Remote in Germany, Italy, UK, Poland, Portugal.
