About the Role:

Everest Global Services, Inc., a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking an organized, self-motivated Corporate Services Finance Manager to join the Corporate Services department in our headquarters in Warren, New Jersey. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office, 2 remote.

The Corporate Services department manages day-to-day building services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the Annual Operating Expense Budget, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety standards for the facility and real estate areas.

Coordinate the facility budgets for 40+ offices, provide variance analysis, and perform reforecasts.

Assist Real Estate team with establishing project budgets for new buildouts or relocation, furniture reconfigurations and other infrastructure upgrades.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on successful project completion within budget and scope.

Perform cost, trend and benchmark analyses.

Update spreadsheets; prepare financials for quarterly business reviews.

Collaborate with finance team on monthly lease payments to ensure proper reporting and payments, variances, accruals, timely collection of tenant improvement allowances, and true up of lease operating expenses.

Generate Reports analyzing data, metrics and other key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding Real Estate Metrics, attendance, cost-savings, and insurance renewals to optimize operational efficiency.

Work with compliance teams on sustainability reporting.

Ensure that Global Real estate protocols are being followed, including utilization and updates of reporting templates, adherence to global standards, and saving artifacts on shared drives.

Lead global facility standard setting for all regions, including benchmarking, standardized reporting, and templates.

Contribute to the development of real estate strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost reduction. 

Assist with the evaluation of Corporate Service third party vendors, including the evaluation, selection and relationship management with vendors and service providers.  Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality services, service level agreements (SLA’s) and cost-effectiveness.

Daily responsibilities include administrative tasks such as vouchering and approving invoices.

Liaison between corporate groups on assigned projects when needed.

Provide support as needed to other Everest office locations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field including: Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Construction Management or Engineering.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, accounting, or lease administration.

Proficiency in building and maintaining financial reports and models. 

Candidate must have effective communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage priorities, and a proactive approach to job responsibilities.

High proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint is required; knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus.

Ability to work in a high paced environment.

For NJ Only: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
