The Role:
Lead and manage a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.Work closely with partners on high-value, high-profile matters while also independently managing your own caseload.Offer clear, commercially-focused legal advice to a diverse client base.Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to ongoing business development and cross-selling across the firm.Help drive strategic growth in the London market while contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.Play a key leadership role in mentoring junior lawyers and helping to grow the team’s technical capability. 
About You:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate law.Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of corporate matters and strong deal management experience.Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, client-handling, and leadership skills.Ambitious, dynamic, and eager to take the next step toward partnership.Strong desire to mentor and support junior team members while continuing to grow your technical and market-facing profile.
