In this role, you will:
Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate SecurityIdentify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customersMake day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security managementLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate SecurityBe responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
