**About the Job**
At Jumeriah Carlton Tower, a great new opportunity to join the team as a Corporate Sales Manager has become available. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is an exciting position to support a key segment for the hotel.
**About the role**
+ Manage the corporate accounts portfolios for both hotels (Jumeirah Carlton Tower and Jumeirah Lowndes).
+ Arrange site inspections and review meeting calls with clients on a weekly basis, FAM trips on a monthly basis.
+ Maintain and develop relationships with decision makers from each account and their TMCs in order to raise product awareness and increase account production.
+ Identify new potential accounts to prospect using business intelligence tools
+ Manage the pipeline of prospects and qualified leads and develop new accounts for the hotel.
+ Develop existing accounts production for both properties.
**About you**
With great communication skills and a collaborative approach, you excel at building relationships and influence decisions. A previous experience in the segment is essential, this position is perfect for a Senior Sales Executive willing to step up with a successful track record of business development and great understanding of the corporate sales process. To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:
+ Knowledge of hotel main systems: Agency360, STR, Cvent RFP, Opera PMS.
+ Literacy in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong proactive approach to the business.
+ Experience in conducting an RFP season and familiar with the contracting process.
+ Strong business acumen.
