Maintain regular contact with Clients to keep them aware of business developments and to seek feedback from them so that the company can effectively implement a programmed of continuous improvement.Excellence
Follow the excellence model Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectivelyFinancial
Develop and monitor budgets for all major organization development projects. Lead in the development of strategies, policies and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company’s mission and core objectives Negotiate contracts with external consultants and other organizations to provide services in support of organization change and development where these cannot be met from in-house resources. Develop and implement information systems which will provide data on existing and potential customers to enable the company to identify opportunities for new sales.People
Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of business transformation. Assist other departments in the risk assessment of new products and services. Maintain regular contact with the sales and production functions to keep abreast of any developments in products and servicesRequirements
Good level of standard education. General Insurance industry experience is a must Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word Strong financial skills; Strong interpersonal and team skills Polished and well developed oral and written communication skills Strong negotiation skills.Application Process
