Job Description
A Corporate Relationship Manager's primary responsibility is to create and maintain high-value relationships with significant corporate clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and expectations surpassed. This role entails understanding clients' business objectives and issues, providing specific solutions and strategic guidance and working with internal teams to provide great service. A CRM success is determined by growth, strength of client relationships, and execution of strategies to meet business plan.1.Corporate Client Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients as the key contact. Ensuring clients understand and are satisfied with their pension solutions whiles reviewing regularly and recommending improvements based on their needs.
2. Business Development and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the corporate client portfolio by developing strategies, presenting pension solutions to key decision-makers and collaborating with marketing and sales teams on tailored pitches and proposals.
3. Customizing Pension Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized pension solutions that meet corporate clients' needs and provide expert advice on pension scheme structures such as Tier 2 and Tier 3 options.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide a seamless experience for corporate clients by ensuring compliance with NPRA guidelines, legal standards, and effectively communicating fund performance.
5. Education and Client Engagement: Organize and lead pension workshops and trainings, continuously educate clients on pension contributions and regulations, and maintain high engagement through regular updates on pension performance and industry changes.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all pension offerings and client interactions comply with NPRA regulations and legal requirements, manage risks with compliance and legal teams, and keep clients informed of regulatory changes.
7. Key Account Management: Act as the key relationship manager for key corporate accounts by providing personalized service. Also lead in contract renewal negotiations
