Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter plays a vital role in delivering high-quality professional candidates while guiding hiring managers through the selection process. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services, focusing on corporate positions including IT, Plant and Transportation Operations, Merchandising, and other essential functions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies for corporate positions in collaboration with hiring managers.Maintain analytics and track recruitment results, communicating them in weekly and monthly reports.Regularly communicate with managers and employees to maintain organized records of applicant status.Prescreen candidates and review resumes for skills, experience, and knowledge alignment with position requirements.Advertise job openings in various platforms such as newspapers, professional organizations, and online recruiting resources.Utilize external recruiting pages, university career center websites, and in-house ATS to identify top candidates.Provide comprehensive and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.Conduct detailed reference checks and present findings to hiring managers.Extend offers of employment and negotiate salaries in coordination with hiring managers and HR Director.Manage all components of full lifecycle recruiting, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing.Respond promptly to day-to-day occurrences and inquiries.Essential Skills3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience.Proven success in recruiting across corporate functions, including Technology, Marketing, and Data Analytics.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.Experience managing a high-volume workload of 15-20 requisitions simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3-5 years experience recruiting exempt level positions.Experience sourcing candidates across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Administrative, Management, and Hourly positions.Experience in a fast-paced Human Resources environment is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership courage and willingness to take the lead.Knowledge of employment laws and the company's benefits and compensation structure.Strong interviewing and active listening skills.Ability to prioritize work and address time-sensitive matters.Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting with 100% onsite work required. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
