Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our clients Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Specifically, the administrative tasks that come with hiring, onboarding, offer letters, background checks and working with the hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as ADP or iCIMS, and a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment. The territory is Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and they will sit at headquarters in Greenville, SC!

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting
Some experience with ADP Recruiting Management or iCIMS Talent Cloud is required, or any applicant tracking system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pass a credit check 7 years back and a criminal background check (getting guidelines) Bilingual
Experience preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
If they have gone through the new implementation of a tracking system
