**Description** We are looking for a driven and energetic Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our corporate office while also supporting field hiring initiatives through strategic sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building. This is a dynamic opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to high-visibility recruiting efforts across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, from intake to offer + Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies + Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach + Support sourcing and pipeline development for high-priority field roles across multiple regions + Represent the company at campus events and career fairs to build early talent pipelines + Build and maintain community-based partnerships to strengthen local recruiting reach + Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups + Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our ATS (Jobvite) + Collaborate with the human resources team regarding initiatives and strategies **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or similar field + 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support role + Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); Jobvite experience a plus + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly + Demonstrated curiosity and passion for improving both candidate and hiring manager experiences + Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities + Willingness to travel occasionally for campus and community events + Fluency speaking/writing in Spanish preferred This candidate must be local to our Willow Grove, PA office, and comfortable with being in the office 4 days a week with 1 day remote. **Benefits** We offer a competitive range of benefits to support our employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
