Corporate Recruiter
Job Description The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company culture and values. The responsibilities include:  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  Source candidates through various channels.  Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.  Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.  Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.  Collaborate with TA and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.  Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience (has to include finance roles)  Experience working for a large company  Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
