Assist in collecting and preparing data for performance analysis and reporting. Help identify delivery issues and escalate to senior teams for resolution. Work closely with operations coordinators, couriers, and supervisors to follow up on delivery progress and issues. Maintain accurate records of global performance, failed deliveries, and customer escalations. Assist in generating Excel-based reports and visual summaries for internal use. Support basic Power BI dashboards under guidance (optional, based on skill level). Help coordinate communication between couriers, customers, and support teams. Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge in projects, courier productivity, and logistics KPIs, and use PPT for training materials. Contribute to maintaining data integrity in operational tools and systems. Job Requirements - Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or data analysis. Good analytical skills and interest in working with data and operational metrics. A basic understanding of logistics or delivery processes is preferred. Willingness to learn tools like Power BI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks. Strong time management and ability to multitask under supervision. Good team player – works well with others and contributes positively. Customer-first mindset – understands the importance of timely delivery and service. Curious and self-motivated to grow within the logistics and operations field. Excellent command of English. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
