Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Planning Services (GREPS) organization is currently seeking a Corporate Lease Administration Lead to join our Portfolio Administration team.

As part of a dynamic team, as the Corporate Lease Administration Lead you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and performance management of an outsourced lease administration provider. This role ensures that the third-party partner executes key operational tasks—including rent payment processing, lease abstraction, and data integrity—accurately, timely, and in alignment with enterprise standards and controls. The successful candidate will bring a strong command of commercial real estate leases, financial stewardship, and vendor governance, supporting a real estate portfolio that spans multiple regions and asset types.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Vendor Oversight & Governance

Act as the primary relationship manager and escalation point for the third-party lease administration provider

Define, monitor, and enforce contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); lead quarterly business reviews and performance scorecards

Partner with Procurement and Legal to manage vendor contracts, renewals, and performance remediation plans

Maintain governance over lease abstraction quality, rent payment timeliness, and portfolio data accuracy

Financial & Compliance Stewardship

Oversee rent payments, escalations, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with lease terms and internal controls

Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to SOX, GAAP/IFRS, and audit protocolsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to real estate occupancy costsPerform Asset Retirement Obligation analysis for Corporate Finance reportingManage the A/R collection process for subtenant leases and tenants for selected building-owned facilities

Process & Technology Enablement

Drive continuous improvement in lease administration workflows, controls, and automation in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors

Lead integration and optimization of lease administration platforms (e.g. Serra View, Procure, CoStar) and related systems

Ensure critical dates, clauses, and financial obligations are tracked and acted upon with appropriate lead time

Support current system transition from Tririga to Costar as the Lease Administration business process owner.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Facilities, and Global Business Services teams to ensure aligned execution across the real estate lifecycle

Serve as a subject matter expert on lease terms, obligations, and system functionality to internal stakeholders

Develop and deliver reporting and analytics that provide transparency into lease portfolio performance and risk

Additional Responsibilities

Lead change management efforts related to system and process transitions, ensuring stakeholder alignment, end-user adoption, and business continuity

Ensure governance frameworks accommodate international lease structures, regulatory requirements, and localization of workflows across regions

Develop training materials and SOPs to build internal lease administration capability and support functional onboarding

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best-in-class lease administration practices, benchmarking Boeing’s program against peer organizations

Deliver executive-level dashboards and analytics highlighting portfolio performance, cost trends, and lease-related risks or opportunities

Own and maintain the lease administration audit and control framework in collaboration with Internal Audit, ensuring readiness for SOX and external audits

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, RPA, FMA) preferred.

10+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate leasing or Real Estate finance or lease administration

Experience working with third-party service providers and/or independent auditors

Experience in SOX or other internal controls in the industry

Experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

Experience working within complex regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with financial data analysis (ex: actuals vs. estimates, labor cost analysis, procurement

Experience with enterprise lease administration platforms (e.g., Lucernex, MRI, Yardi, CoStar) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); experience leading or supporting major system transitions

Experience with analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $117,300 - $181,700
