Role Requirements
We are seeking a Global Onboarding Senior Specialist to join our team and deliver an amazing experience to our new hires
What you will do:
Creating and cultivating a welcoming environment for new hires Facilitation of in-person and virtual onboarding sessions (80% of workload will be facilitation) Proactively identifying outdated content and supporting / updating conten Participating in continuous improvement project Building relationships with leaders and experts to ensure participation at onboarding sessions Ability to answer questions regarding the business and maintains curiosity to find answers and seek to understand business processes Dependability, people are relying on you to deliver session
What you bring
Experience in a Go To Market role or a developoment role 8+ years of experinece in onboaridng, managing learning ,stratgey , sales strategy, operations, product management Proven experience and understand strategy, business portfolio and technology undertsanding Proven innovative thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated workshop facilitation experience with a strong customer focus Excellent execution skills, showcasing operational excellence in planning, organizing, and communicating, with systematic working methods Natural team player with the ability to build strong work relationships in a virtual team environment Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be beneficial Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100,000 - 216,000 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
