Note: This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organization.  You’ll play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business priorities, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling organizational growth through proactive HR leadership. This position requires strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and a passion for building strong, people-first partnerships within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:         

Partner with leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies that drive performance and engagement. Lead talent planning efforts, including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Support the execution of performance management cycles and partner on coaching, feedback, and development planning. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and complex HR matters. Analyze people metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, internal mobility) to uncover insights and influence data-driven decisions. Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee growth initiatives. Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or organizational structures. Promote and reinforce company values, culture, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives across corporate teams. Act as a champion for employee experience and an advocate for continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred. 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role. Solid understanding of HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. Proven ability to build effective, trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment. Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
