4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302The Corporate Hospitality analyst is an individual contributor role reporting to the Corporate Hospitality manager within Key’s Corporate Procurement group. The Corporate Hospitality category oversees Corporate Tickets, Internal Events, Expense Reports and Travel. The analyst will be responsible for category support in all areas including the travel and expense card program, spend analysis, and providing team back up support.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the Travel and Expense Card ProgramDocument processes and procedures required to manage card programProcess employee PCard requests and account maintenance through on online portalProcess exception related expense reports on behalf of clients in WorkdayManage internal controls related to travel and expense card usage, including executive level reportingAnalyze, summarize and present relevant data for assigned programsOrchestrate, organize and prioritize assignments to support needs of the group and/or businessSummarize and present findings in a concise and understandable formatProvide Category team back up support including Travel, Corporate Tickets, Internal Events and Expense ReportingRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree0-5+ years of experience (could include internships, involvement in school programs etc.)Strong organizational and technical skillsAnalytical skills, ability to summarize large data setsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-OrientedAbility to work independentlyCOMPTENCIES/SKILLS
