Position Summary
The Corporate Health Coach provides face to face behavioral based health improvement coaching to employees. They manage the day-to-day delivery of established programs with direction from client and Account Managers.
They also develop and facilitate educational programs such as courses, workshops, special events, and interactive educational booths.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews health assessment results and assess readiness to changeAssists with goal setting, goal progression and strategies to overcome obstacles and barriersProvides tailored exercise, nutrition and lifestyle plans to each participantHosts onsite health promotion eventsAttends weekly and monthly team meetingsPromotes their coaching services by conducting Participant Interactions on their worksites
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a related field1 to 2 years of experience implementing wellness activitiesStrong communications skills, good face-to-face people skillsHighly motivated with independent problem solving and decision making abilityCreative energy, excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to maintain multiple projectsAbility to analyze, interpret and take action on program reports and metrics
