We are looking for either a part-time or a full-time Corporate Governance Administrator to support the Corporate Governance team within our Legal, Compliance and Risk department. The Corporate Governance Administrator will provide administrative and record management expertise. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented player. This position works closely with, and takes functional direction from, the Corporate Paralegal. Personality and fit will be critical – the successful candidate will have a sense of urgency, will communicate frequently and effectively, and will be proactive about building relationships. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** + Work closely with our registered agent(s) in the US and abroad to file annual reports for the brand entities and their subsidiaries in the various Secretary of States or equivalent. + Compiling accurate company information like business details, financial data, and officers and directors’ details for the annual reports. + Ensure timely submission within the various deadlines of the annual report filings with the Secretary of State. + Assist with maintaining professional architecture and engineering firm licenses in various professional boards in the United States. + Participate in monitoring good corporate governance practices. + Upload documents into the integrated entity management system and maintain updated corporate files and records. + Assist with preparing and updating organization charts. + Perform other duties as needed. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar high-caliber legal practice. + Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with internal clients and team members. + Aptitude for multi-tasking and ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Excellent time-management and organizational skills. + Meticulous and detail oriented. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel). **Additional Information** TYLin Group’s Asia Pacific offices provide technical innovations and professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, seismic engineering, and planning.
