Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our Global Alteryx platform initiatives within the Finance function. This role will drive the development and implementation of our Alteryx ecosystem, ensuring it delivers maximum value across the Finance function. The position requires a leader who can bridge technical capabilities with business requirements while shaping our operational strategy.
This role requires an individual with a strong background in finance, data analytics, and business intelligence, coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical stakeholders and finance professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing the value derived from our Alteryx platform.
As the Product Owner for Alteryx, you will lead the strategic direction of our use of Alteryx within Finance, working closely with stakeholders across the globe to identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency. You will ensure alignment with enterprise standards while translating complex financial requirements into technical solutions. Success in this role requires maintaining robust governance frameworks and driving continuous platform optimization to meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will partner closely with our IT and Data functions to drive appropriate use of Alteryx desktop and server licenses and be responsible for managing the overall Alteryx value proposition for Chubb Finance
The candidate should have a broader range of experience with data tools while maintaining a focus on Alteryx, in the short term the role will expand, and the ideal candidate should be able to understand and utilise various Data and BI tools.
This role will be part of the Global Finance Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics department and report into the Global Finance Head of BI & Analytics.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Alteryx platform, ensuring alignment with Chubb's enterprise strategy. Foster a Chubb Finance Alteryx community and drive innovation in Finance by providing the framework(s), training opportunities, best practices and sharing of relevant use cases for Finance stakeholders to continue identifying new use cases and opportunities for process improvement/automation. Contribute to policy development and governance frameworks for Alteryx and other visualization and analytics platforms within Finance Advise Finance leadership on strategic priorities and recommend approaches for maximizing value from analytics investments.Product Management & Delivery
Own the product backlog for significant Alteryx use case opportunities and prioritize development initiatives based on business value. Define and track relevant success metrics and KPIs for deployed solutions. Oversee proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate long-term business value. Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirementsProduct Management & Delivery

Key Responsibilities:
Lead collaborative assignments across multiple functional areas, identifying opportunities for cross-team synergies Guide team members through structured assignments, incorporating diverse methodologies to achieve desired outcomes Facilitate effective collaboration between regional Finance (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and Global Finance teams. Manage relationships with offshore technical resources and steer their involvement within the business to align to our goals.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in finance, product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within a finance environment. Proven experience with Alteryx and other data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) is highly desirable Significant enterprise-level experience in product ownership or similar roles. Proven track record of managing platforms in financial services. Experience in strategic initiative development and execution. Deep understanding of analytics platforms, particularly Alteryx. Knowledge of multiple analytics platforms and their enterprise applications. Strong understanding of data governance and security requirements. Demonstrated ability to influence and convince senior stakeholders. Excellence in communicating complex technical and business concepts. Proven ability to lead business stakeholders through technical projects without direct authority. Experience in managing and developing teams. Track record of successful stakeholder management across global organizations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CDMP) is a plus
