Perform professional and highly specialized duties in the occupation of Management Science. 2. Responsible for conducting analyses of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure. 3. Influence business partners to gain key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses. 4. Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, new initiatives and effectively communicate key takeaways. 5. Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to both influence and drive project outcomes. 6. Assist with ad-hoc projects for management and the Board including presentations and surfacing research-based insights. 7. Key areas of focus range across M&A evaluations, capital structure planning, and industry research and benchmarking. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field followed by 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. 9. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: 10. 1. Analyzing financial statements and performing financial modeling and analysis utilizing MS Excel 11. 2. S&P Capital IQ 12. 3. Analysis of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure 13. 4.
