Corporate & Employee Engagement Coord. 

 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support for North Latam Employee Engagement Squad (Internal Communications)Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and initiatives to inform, engage, and connect employees across the region.Draft and edit internal content such as newsletters, announcements, intranet Bayernet posts, leadership messages, and visual communications.Help coordinate logistics for internal events, town halls, and recognition programs.Monitor feedback channels and support tracking of employee engagement metrics.Support for Corporate Communications Squad (External Positioning & Narrative)Help prepare and coordinate content for external communications including press releases, briefing documents, executive speaking points, and social media copy.Assist in the development and organization of corporate narratives and storytelling initiatives that highlight the company’s purpose, impact, and leadership.Support coordination across multiple departments to gather input and ensure message consistency.Help monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators related to reputation and visibility.

 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4 years of relevant experience in communications, public affairs, or related functions.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Spanish and English.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with digital communication platforms, internal tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer), and social media channels.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Key Competencies
