Overview We are seeking a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead operational and financial performance, as well as strategic F&B initiatives, across an exciting portfolio of branded and independent hotels and resorts. The Corporate Director of Food & Beverage will report to the Vice President of Food & Beverage. POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial guidance for food and beverage operations across a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels and resorts. This role focuses on driving performance in restaurants, bars, culinary programs, meetings and events, and other guest-facing experiences, ensuring alignment with company standards and owner expectations. The Corporate Director will act as a creative and business-savvy leader with a proven ability to develop compelling dining and beverage concepts, mentor high-performing teams, and inspire a culture of innovation and excellence. Serving as a teacher, coach, and cultural champion, the Corporate Director partners closely with senior leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, and property teams to deliver elevated guest experiences, optimize revenue growth, and achieve profitability targets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all F&B operations across the portfolio, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership, ownership, and property teams to design and implement standards, tools, and programs across Restaurants + Bars, Culinary, and Meetings + Events. Lead product and service innovation, driving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards across culinary, beverage, programming, and event execution. Analyze financial results, implement cost-control measures, and create strategies that optimize efficiency, revenue generation, and profitability. Support properties with concept development, repositioning, renovations, and openings, including beverage programming, marketing activations, and guest-focused initiatives. Drive talent development through recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention programs while mentoring the next generation of F&B leaders. Provide leadership and expertise for corporate meetings, conferences, and portfolio-wide initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences by engaging in research, workshops, and professional development, applying best practices to enhance operations. Actively engage, develop, and inspire F&B teams through leadership development, mentorship, and cultural alignment programs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Corporate Director will support and guide property-level and regional leadership teams, with responsibilities including interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and developing leaders and employees. This role provides strategic oversight and subject matter expertise, ensuring financial performance, guest satisfaction, and innovation in F&B offerings while assisting with development initiatives, ownership communications, and portfolio presentations. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in the restaurant and/or hotel industry, ideally in large-scale or multi-unit operations. At least 5 years of supervisory leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing teams. Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with proven success in optimizing revenues, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Creative thinker with deep knowledge of F&B culture, consumer trends, and industry best practices. Proven ability to build strong relationships with property operators, ownership groups, and vendor partners. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong cross-functional collaboration. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; POS and F&B management systems experience preferred. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to travel up to 70%, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require. WORK REQUIREMENTS This position involves work in varied environments including corporate offices, hotel operations, restaurants, kitchens, event spaces, and both indoor/outdoor venues with variable temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to odors, dust, or fumes. Physical requirements include frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, occasional stair climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Significant travel is required to support properties, openings, and portfolio initiatives. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $175,000.00/Yr. - $200,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
