On-site availability to our Lafayette Hill, PA location as needed.

 

Salary:

$120,000 -$130,000 commensurate with experience .

 

Position Details:

The Corporate Director Central Billing Office is responsible for overseeing multiple teams within the front-end process related to the revenue cycle management.  Inclusive of billing, contract set-up, EHR system set-up with IT partners, financial review of all programs performance within the organization, along with supporting all new various business initiatives. The Corporate Director Central Billing Office will:

Provide Strategic leadership and direction to the Central Business Office (CBO) and others Business Operations teams related to revenue cycle management, billing, and collections. Provide training, leadership, mentoring and performance evaluation to all CBO leaders and staff. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize revenue cycle performance, streamline workflows and improve efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the day-to-day operations within the CBO teams (Charge Entry and Capture Teams, Authorization Teams and Data Analyst Team) to ensure workflows, processes are being done and maintained for overall high performance within the various teams under the CBO. Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations processes to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Serve as process leader to ensure that collection rates on all ABH, C&F and California IDD revenue ($250 million plus) are adhered to on a daily basis, according to the various revenue generating contracts. Ensures accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies, government programs and other funding sources. Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior leadership, providing insights into revenue cycle performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track revenue cycle performance, identify trends and implement strategies to achieve all targets and goals. Collaborate with other departments, including finance, program operations, legal, QCO, Business Development, etc. to address issues impacting the revenue cycle or potential new opportunities. Stay informed regarding healthcare regulations, payer policies, and reimbursement trends, and ensure compliance with billing and coding guidelines. Work in conjunction with department leadership to develop and manage departmental budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Serve as liaison between Business Operations and both internal and external stakeholders to trouble shoot areas of concern along with areas of opportunity. Be willing to accept responsibility and to show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness along with working in a collaborative environment. Handle conflict and problems in dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately. Interact with and drive home key points to senior leadership throughout all Merakey divisions.
