Job Description
The Corporate Development Analyst will provide support for Rockwell Automation's mergers and acquisitions activities. You will provide financial analysis support in critical growth areas of value creation from acquisitions and venture investing for the corporate development team. Leading the development and monitoring of quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, you will work with business leaders to increase acquisition value creation success and assure accurate reporting. Also, you will be responsible for financial modeling support and analysis related to venture investing which includes percentage ownership analysis, valuation estimates, and data needed for executive reviews.
You will also help support identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunities, performing valuation, conducting industry research, conducting competitive analysis, and managing transactions, among other corporate development activities on a global basis. You will work directly with business leaders and functional leaders within the company and target companies, external legal advisors, investment banks, and other parties in the broader M&A and venturing ecosystems. You will report to our Manager Corporate Development.
