Position Summary
The Corporate Development Analyst plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships involving deep financial analysis, market evaluation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
+ Identify potential acquisition and investment opportunities through market and competitive analysis
+ Develop, adapt and interpret detailed financial models to support M&A decisions and valuations
+ Coordinate due diligence efforts across business units and external advisors
+ Draft presentation materials for senior management and board-level strategy reviews
+ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic developments
+ Support post-merger integration planning and execution when required
+ Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all strategic and financial dealings
+ Represent the company professionally in interactions with external stakeholders and partners
+ Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture
+ Maintain accuracy and integrity in all financial and strategic reports
What we are looking for
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
+ Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions process
+ Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or financial software like Capital IQ or PitchBook)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of detail and urgency
What we prefer
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity
+ Familiarity with M&A deal process and legal considerations
+ Proven track record of supporting complex strategic initiatives
+ Experience in a high-growth or multinational organization
+ Exposure to strategic planning or corporate strategy functions
+ Skilled in project management, Excel, and creation of dynamic presentations

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $57,000.00/Yr. - USD $83,000.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
