Northrop Grumman is seeking an in-house lawyer(s) to act as a Corporate Counsel(s) at our corporate headquarters located in Falls Church, Virginia.
Specific responsibilities may include counseling on real estate matters associated with leases, real property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as coordinating with various legal specialists inside the company to support other matters (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, environmental, tax) impacting the business. Succeeding in this position requires excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgement, discretion, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, and the highest standards of integrity and ethics. This position will be located in Falls Church, VA. This is an on-site role that does allow for teleworking/remote arrangements.

Experience supporting real estate matters and/or complex commercial transactions globallyExpertise drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases and a wide range of other real estate activities including easements, access agreements, and restrictive covenants.Experience supporting economic development opportunities (e.g., tax and other credits) and property tax appeals for the company.Strong business acumen and ability to lead and/or contribute to a collaborative team environmentSalary Range: $206,900.00 - $297,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
