Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, to include distribution, e-commerce, licensing, strategic sourcing, value analysis and value engineering, vendor managed inventory, and various sales and services agreements.
• Be a principal advisor to sales and procurement professionals on a broad range of commercial contracting issues involving domestic and international customers, dealers, distributors, and vendors.
• Support process improvement techniques and the implementation of those techniques to build on the company’s institutional knowledge.
• Support cross-functional project teams to meet business objectives.
• Foster trust with business partners by anticipating and communicating shifting demands and opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and carry out multiple related activities while responding quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctorate or LLM required.
Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office and Team Connect experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Membership of any State Bar. Recent graduates who are applying for admission to a State Bar will be considered. Preference for Bar Membership in GA, NY, TX, KS or DE. Understanding of drafting and reviewing contractual agreements preferred.
