Compensation Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually
Full-Time | Remote - PST, MST or CST preferred

What You’ll Do
Analyze internal and market compensation data to evaluate program effectiveness, ensure competitiveness, and support business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and evaluate job descriptions, salary structures, and job classifications to support organizational consistency and equity.
Participate in salary surveys and conduct market benchmarking to inform pay decisions and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
Advise HR and business leaders on compensation matters, including pay decisions, promotions, job offers, and policy interpretation.
Design, administer, and support bonus and incentive programs, including accruals, performance tracking, and plan documentation.
Prepare and present compensation analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
Maintain accurate compensation documentation, including bonus addendums and compensation files, and ensure timely follow-up.
Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews to address wage and hour requirements and support legal documentation needs.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance compensation processes, tools, and procedures.
Contribute to compensation-related projects and initiatives as needed to support strategic HR and business goals.
What You Bring
Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
4-year degree or related field preferred
1-3 years Compensation Analysis or a related field preferred
