We are looking for a “Corporate Communications Team Leader” to be assigned to our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.
What you can expect:
\n\tPlanning, scheduling and leading the implementation of strategic internal and external communication activities aligned with the company’s business objectives, both short-term and long-term.\n\tCreating agendas, moderating and sharing meeting notes for communication meetings with communication representatives, and ensuring that global projects aimed at raising awareness within the group are aligned with Germany for localization and announcements.\n\tUsing various channels, such as digital screens for internal communication, preparing content, and ensuring regular updates for current announcements.\n\tProviding communication solutions to different departments for corporate projects intended to raise awareness within the company and leading the implementation of these solutions.\n\tManaging relationships with media organizations and journalists and moderating media visits.\n\tPreparing written communication materials for internal and external communication activities, such as speeches, announcement texts, press releases and interview scripts.\n\tLeading communication processes with NGOs, universities, and suppliers.\n\tLeading corporate event preparations and providing consultancy to other departments when necessary.\n\tLeading the creation of visual creative materials for communication activities, such as photos, posters, banners, videos, etc.

Experienced in internal communications, corporate communications, media relations and crisis communication processes
\n\t\n\t\n\tSkilled in developing and implementing strategic communication plans
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to contribute to brand management and corporate reputation processes
\n\t\n\t\n\tCapable of providing technical support for internal and external event organization processes
\n\t\n\tPlanning and team management skills\n\tGood knowledge of English\n
