We are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager to develop and implement an effective corporate communications strategy and initiatives as well as manage the internal and external communications with key stakeholders with the overall objective of enhancing the company’s reputation.
**A day in the life of Corporate Communication Manager...**
+ The Corporate Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Communications, with a primary focus on enhancing internal communications within Nestlé. This position is essential for ensuring that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.
+ **Enhance Internal Communication** : Strategize and lead effective internal communication initiatives to ensure that all employees are well-informed and engaged. Promote a culture of open dialogue and feedback to boost employee morale and foster collaboration across all organizational levels. This role will require the Manager to collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders i.e. HR.
+ **Support Communication Strategies** : Assist the Head of Communications in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies through various corporate communication materials, aimed at promoting and safeguarding Nestlé’s reputation and integrity in the marketplace.
+ **Integrated Communication Execution** : Collaborate with the Head of Communications to develop and execute integrated corporate communication strategies with a strong emphasis on Nutrition, Health, and Wellness (NHW) and Creating Shared Value (CSV) goals. Strong storytelling and writing skills required.
+ **Digital Platform Management** : Strategize and lead all digital corporate platforms to ensure it remains a dynamic and informative resource for both employees and external stakeholders.
+ **Expert Guidance** : Provide expert communications advice and guidance to management and other functions/businesses as needed, ensuring alignment with corporate communication objectives.
+ **Team Leadership and Development** : Effectively lead, motivate, and develop the communications team, including succession planning. Supervise and guide all communication team activities, encompassing internal communication, external and digital communication, government relations, stakeholder management, crisis management, and NHW & CSV strategic communication initiatives.
+ Stakeholder Management
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s reputation internally & externally.
+ Improve the image and reputation of the company with our external stakeholders through stakeholder engagement and various communication modes including forums, roundtable discussion, engagements, exhibitions, corporate publications, interactive media (corporate website), etc.
+ Issues Management & Crisis Communications
+ Develop clear communications to manage issues based on foresight and understanding
+ Manage issues and provide communications support together with Media Relations Manager during a crisis
+ Develop internal, external and digital communications, updates, and other materials
+ Public Relations / Corporate Events Management
+ Organise and implement effectively the PR activities and events in the company’s calendar of events, including Management Engagement Meeting (MEM), Annual Hi-Tea, festive gatherings, liaising with VIPs, etc
**What will make you successful**
+ Strong public and corporate communications track-record (5 – 10 years)
+ Experience in leading projects from end-to-end, including events
+ Experience in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
+ Experience in not-for-profit organisations
+ Experience in media relations management
+ Experience in managing community projects
+ Crisis management and change management experience desirable
