The Corporate Citizenship Assistant at Lenovo - Latin America will be responsible for supporting the execution of Lenovo's philanthropy mission and strategy, as well as the corporate citizenship strategy for Latin America.

They will provide support for donations, project management, volunteer management, communication and community relations.

Duties:

* Performing administrative and operational activities in the area;
* Organizing and filing documents;
* Engaging employees in actions proposed by the area (invitations, monitoring registrations and participation, monitoring activities and necessary records);
* Preparing reports and spreadsheets;
* Managing and monitoring projects (reading and preparing consolidated reports);
* Mobilizing, organizing volunteer engagement opportunities, including monitoring the Love On platform;
* Supporting donation processes, approvals and payments (registrations, requesting documents, monitoring processes);
* Supporting social impact measurement.

Requirements:
* Complete high school education
* Good verbal communication skills;
* Good interpersonal skills;
* Experience with administrative routines;
* Proficiency in English (will have contact with other countries);
* Knowledge of Portuguese desirable;
* Proficiency in the Office Package (Excel, Word and Power Point);
* Proactivity.
