Job Summary
As a Senior Product Associate in JPMorgan Corporate Challenge, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

 

Job Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.Write product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.Partner with tech lead to plan sprints and stay on track with the roadmap.Drive go-live and implementation activities, including readiness checklists and production verification tests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.Proficiency in Jira to manage agile workflows.Experience in creating intuitive and goal-oriented user flows to map out the end-to-end user journey.Strong expertise in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle.Proven ability to anticipate needs and issues related to product development and production support.Proven organizational skills with proactive initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
