The Opportunity:


The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Corporate Card Program team. This position will support internal customers who utilize company-issued purchase and travel cards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting and applying company policies and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, ensuring compliance in all credit card transactions. This position involves daily interaction with internal customers and requires a strong sense of accountability, precision, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Card Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our card programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Auditing daily card transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and FAR guidelines and verifying that all required documentation is attached.

Providing guidance and support to cardholders regarding allowable expenses and documentation requirements.

Processing new purchase and travel card applications using our internal cloud-based system and external online banking platforms.Collaborating with teammates to manage and respond to messages received in the program’s two shared inboxes.Assisting with additional tasks as needed to contribute to the Program’s overall success.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Proven ability to quickly learn and apply company and regulatory policies (e.g., FAR).

Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

High ethical standards with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.


Desired:

Prior experience with corporate credit card programs.

Familiarity with external reconciliation tools and online banking platforms.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,400 - $78,200
