THE MISSION
The Controller Shared Service mission is to provide a smarter frontline experience that embodies the core values of Leidos.
Your Role, Your Impact:
One of the ways we provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is by processing Helpdesk tickets received via the Service Now system in a timely manner. Tickets are comprised of card applications, reinstatement waivers, credit limit increase requests, and employee assistance requests.
You will reconcile and balance cardholder and group accounts to determine the correct allocations for overpayments & credit balances, payroll deductions, account delinquencies, and offboarding employee balances.
Another critical task the team performs to ensure the card program is always in excellent standing is processing account payments via a Non-Purchase Order (NPO) and providing detailed account payment instructions to US Bank.
The team hosts a live monthly training session for Leidos employee cardholders, and you will have the opportunity to participate by engaging directly with the attendees.
A key skill for success in this position is concise communication. You MUST have the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner both written and verbally. This includes working with Managers, Human Resources, and other Leidos employees throughout the organization.
As a Corporate Card Specialist, you will be considered a program SME and serve as a liaison between Leidos employees and US Bank representatives to resolve cardholder issues.
To be successful, you must be able to work independently to ensure timely completion of all tasks, while also prioritizing and resolving time sensitive matters which are considered urgent.
You will work in the Concur system while performing account reconciliations and assisting employees with issues.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma with 4 years’ experience
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
Ability to multi-task and proactively prioritize/resolve time sensitive matters with urgency
Experience using data reporting tools and working within a team to maintain accurate Excel logs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience
Proven ability to analyze and explain other basic financial reports and account details
Experience working in a government, banking, or other highly regulated environment
Experience working in the Access Online and SAP Concur systems
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000 determined by your experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location. We’re committed to providing competitive pay that reflects the value you bring to our team.
