The C&R Associate Corporate Banking position will be responsible for supporting the underwriting and portfolio management of a broad range of corporate and investment banking solutions to a diverse group of companies in the C&R portfolio.
Additionally, this role will support Relationship Managers who are responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a broad range of corporate clients and delivering the full platform of Wells Fargo’s capabilities including Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, M&A related Acquisition Finance, Treasury Management, Macro solutions, Global Receivables & Trade and Credit. This position requires an Associate capable of supporting senior Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers driving the business and developing complex relationships. The successful candidate should have a proven ability to underwrite credit, develop internal and external relationships, and have some relevant corporate banking experience. Consumer & Retail sector experience is a plus.
