Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a boutique firm to add a Corporate Associate to their growing team. This group represents a variety of sophisticated clients, including start-up, middle market, and emerging growth companies, as well as private equity funds, hedge funds, and private investors.

Highlights of the role:

No billable hour requirement; associates average 1600-1850

Work includes M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, private placements, joint ventures, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters

Fund formation and investment management experience is a plus, but not required

Collegial team with hands-on partner mentorship

Hybrid schedule

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in corporate and securities matters

Strong academic credentials and law firm experience required

Admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice
