Corporate and Workplace Solutions includes the following pillars:
Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, and Document Management), Events, Client & Corporate Production, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.Office of Global Security: Manages and implements arrangements for the protection of the firm’s personnel, physical security, fire safety and crisis management. Americas Key Regional Offices: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.Chief Operating Officer (COO): Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering - which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the CWS Chief of Staff of APAC and India, this role is part of the global divisional management team responsible for both the APAC and India regions, working closely with regional and functional leadership on key people, organizational development goals, and administrative and risk management strategies. An important element of this role includes collaborating with global counterparts to foster innovation and consistency across the function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive / execute organization development initiatives to enable teamwork, resourcing, training, career development, retention and promotion Support the CWS leadership team in developing and managing teams, including annual headcount and budgeting processes, as well as supporting weekly postings for leadershipManage exposure to risk coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, HCM, Engineering and Corporate Planning & Management across all relevant risks processes Drive and manage summer analyst and full-time analyst from recruiting, onboarding and training Drive and manage the people process from recruiting, onboarding and integration to offboardingSupport the functional teams in developing and delivering business continuity planning and response across the divisionManage all aspects of floor administration including management of the administrative assistantsManage CWS expenses ensuing awareness and compliance with policies and delivering proactive reporting
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 5 years’ experience in administration and communications Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing prioritiesHighly motivated self-starter capable of working independentlyAbility to manage and execute divisional people’s initiativesPossess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsInnovative mindset that is acutely focused on improving operational efficiencyExceptional time management skills and ability to adapt style as the situation requires Ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term and strategic focusFluency in English and other Asian language is a plus
