This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on real-time business planning, market research, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Capabilities: + Conduct online and database research to identify companies, market trends, and industry benchmarks + Perform financial analysis and compile findings into summary reports + Assist in drafting business plans and strategic presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word + Help identify and profile potential acquisition targets and distribution partners in key end markets + Support the development of strategic growth initiatives and planning for new business segments + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills + Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented + Exposure to senior executives and real-world strategy execution + Experience in business planning, M&A pipeline research, and market analysis + A practical understanding of the food manufacturing and services industry Requirements + Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field + Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus + Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts + Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills + Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule Monday thru Friday Supervisor David S Schechner Salary Target 16.50
