Job Description
Corporate affairs responsbility for Slovenia and CroatiaLead and manage thrid party vendor in Slovenia acting on AbbVie behalfLead and implement strategies at a cross-country level supporting AbbVie brandsLead, develop and execute on the external communication plan for Slovenia and Croatia in alignment with your Hungarian colleagueLead, develop and execute on the internal communication plan for Slovenia and Croatia in alignment with your Hungarian colleagueCollect and provide information on the media development and patient advocacy changes and their impact on AbbvieEstablish constructive and transparent communication with local and regional teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities as part of planning processSupport product launches, ongoing business interests and External affairs activities.Prepare the market for our innovations, reach maximum awareness at decision making bodies

Stakeholder engagement

Be the partner of key media and patient advocacy stakeholders, media representatives, journalists and patient advocacy groups to build positive reputation for Abbvie AHAIdentify and engage with influencers in the healthcare sector to promote Abbvie values and interestsGenerate stakeholder’s insights, analyze, and utilize Healthcare value driversEngage relevant external stakeholders to deliver on agreed business strategies and prioritiesManage relationship with the external vendors responsible for corporate affairs and patient advocacyProvide customized value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Relevant University degreeMinimum 4-5 years direct experience in Public Affairs, or Patient RelationsLanguage requirements Croatian & Slovenian & EnglishThorough understanding of the framework of the Slovenian and Croatian marketsStrong track of building ethical, compliant and professional relationships with relevant stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of CRO and SLO Public Affairs, and Patient relations requirementsExcellent relation building skillsOrganizational, analytical and planning skills
