**Your new role:**
The Corporate Affairs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies for Mondelēz Australia. This role involves planning, implementing, and integrating a variety of communications activities, including content development, publishing, and performance measurement. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to share best practices and contribute to the development of campaigns that can be implemented across multiple markets.
**About the role:**
+ Support internal communications plan execution and content creation.
+ Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and brand connection.
+ Support external communications for reputation building on corporate channels.
+ Maintain company information assets (factsheets, presentations, databases).
+ Coordinate community partner relationships and programs.
+ Ensure compliance with company donation processes and policies.
**About you:**
+ Degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, or media.
+ A go-getter who loves defining and delivering ambitious goals.
+ Dealing with ambiguity and change agility.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement across the business.
+ Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, alongside multiple deadlines.
