Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate & Internal Events Administration
a. Plan and coordinate corporate-wide events, conferences, launches, and internal
celebrations.
b. Ensure seamless logistics, promotions, and stakeholder coordination for both
internal and external engagements.
c. Assist in protocol management and representation of the company in public
functions.
2. Corporate and Community Relations
a. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,
partners, media organizations, and community leaders.
b. Represent the organization in community engagements and initiatives to
strengthen public trust and visibility.
c. Assist in developing partnerships to expand outreach and impact.
3. Audience Engagement & Educational Programs
a. Coordinate with the Editorial team and supervise programs to raise awareness
and appreciation for newspaper readership and media literacy.
b. Assist in facilitating inquirer educational tours, student interviews, and
internship/immersion programs, ensuring informative and engaging experiences
for students and academic partners.
c. Support and oversee initiatives such as TLC (Tours, Leisure and Chow) and
Playground for Minds to boost readership and strengthen relationships with
hotels and affiliated schools.
d. Support in the coordination of events for key stakeholders e.g. debates, INQ
seminar series, etc.
4. Inquirer Foundation & CSR Initiatives
a. Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of CSR programs in collaboration
with the Inquirer Foundation—such as Inqskwela and the Calamity Help
Fund—while also developing strategies to solicit donations.
b. Organize employee volunteerism activities and advocate participation in social impact campaigns.
c. Assist in CSR-related communications and documentation.
5. Issues and Crisis Management Assistance
a. Support the Corporate Communications team during reputational or crisis events
by assisting in media coordination, stakeholder communication, and situational
reporting.
6. PR Support and Special Projects
a. Assist in executing PR strategies through content development and support,
event visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
b. Contribute to the successful delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives as
assigned by leadership.
