Corporate Accounting Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic and growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, develop financial policies, and contribute to companywide initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesLead the consolidation of financial results across all business units and product lines.Prepare and distribute accurate monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Ensure the accounting team maintains thorough account reconciliations in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.Develop and implement robust financial controls and streamline the monthly close process.Ensure all financial records comply with IFRS standards and internal Group policies.Support all phases of the mid-year, interim, and year-end external audits.Collaborate with external auditors, Group, and regional accounting teams, and contribute to financial statement disclosures.Assist with additional regulatory reporting requirements as needed.Conduct technical research on IFRS and prepare position papers on complex operational matters.Provide guidance to business unit accounting teams in drafting IFRS memos and coordinate with auditors to ensure alignment.Educate finance teams across the organization on IFRS standards and Group policies, highlighting their impact on financial reporting.Contribute to the creation of companywide financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Lead the implementation of these policies across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.Engage and develop team members through clear goal setting, constructive feedback, and tailored professional development plans.Encourage participation in projects that support both personal and professional growth.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.5+ years of accounting management or senior operational experience.Experience with SOX and SEC compliance.Proficiency in IFRS standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in SAP.Experience in manufacturing cost accounting.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour days between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. The role is situated within a large, growing company that has recently gone public, offering an exciting managerial opportunity.
