Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities.

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and supporting reports.

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with ownership.

Coordinate audits, reviews, and tax filings with external partners.

Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial statement preparation and general ledger management.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.

Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
