A successful Corporate Account Specialist at Fiserv builds strong relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations surpassed. They expertly manage various corporate accounts by providing exceptional support and service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Their role is integral to maintaining and expanding our company's success in the FinTech industry, aligning with our mission to help our clients meet their customers' needs efficiently and effectively.

What you will do:

Onboarding of new merchant and implement pricing and contract templatesAdd entitlements (Gratuity, Pre-Auth) to AIBMS terminals, specifically for Channel and Corporate CASChange Clover batch times (9pm, 12am, 2am, & 5am) unique to Channel and Corporate CASManage and execute bank account changeModify funding timelines and narrativesAdjust funding schedules and process faster fundingAdd/remove settlement currenciesManage the linking/chaining of MIDsProcess closure requestsUpdate company information including addresses, trading/clearing names, and contact detailsHandle statement requests and create/amend Insight portal accessSet up and support Next Generation Reporting to Corporate merchantsOversee SOP managementComplete booking adjustments in relation to rejected credits and debitsManage ceiling limitsAdd brandsChange MCCManage TID requestsPortfolio amendmentsSupport gambling merchant set up unique to Corporate CAS, reconciliation queries and authorisation queries

What you will need to have:

Strong understanding and experience in managing corporate accounts within the FinTech industryProficiency in handling transaction reports and closure requestsAbility to manage bank account changes and funding schedules efficientlyExperience in adding entitlements to terminals and changing batch timesExcellent communication skills to handle client inquiries and support needs effectively

What would be great to have:

Familiarity with AIBMS terminals and Clover systemsUnderstanding of the gambling merchant set-upExperience in SOP management
