Corporate Account Manager-KitchenIQ Rush Ready

Ecolab is seeking a transformative Sales- Corporate Account Manager to spearhead the go-to-market strategy around our latest technological innovation, KitchenIQ Rush Ready Product. This is a rapidly growing area within our organization focused on transforming how restaurants operate, enabling them to become more efficient and sustainable via digital analytics. This role will also be responsible for building out and leading a newly formed sales team to drive this cutting-edge AI reporting solution that will optimize operations for our customers, particularly within the restaurant industry.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital SaaS Sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base within the restaurant spaceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate internally with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated to drive revenue growthMonitor restaurant market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales strategies accordinglyEstablish and monitor key performance indicators related to sales performance, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime valueSupport the overall Go-to-Market (e.g., pricing) strategy, including participation in marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities

Position Details:

Candidate can reside anywhere in the U.S. near a major airportMust be willing to travel up to 50% nationwide

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in digital SaaS salesBachelor’s DegreeNegotiation and contract management expertiseNo immigration sponsorship available for this position 

Preferred Qualifications

Digital experience within the restaurant / foodservice industryTrack record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisitionStrong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a teamThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting as necessary to deliver resultsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearlyAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and trustStrong cross-functional collaboration skills (e.g., with development teams)Genuine interest in new technologies and innovation particularly in the AI spaceExperience in restaurant spaceAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $153,600-$230,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
