The VP Corporate Account Manager (CAM)- Employee Banking Solutions position within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is a key business development role aligned with Distribution in the sale of core IWPB products (Premier/Private Bank) to Corporate clients of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) as well as select third party intermediaries targeting their key employees for personal banking relationships. The role holder will engage with the wider Employee Banking Solutions (EBS) Team, WPB/CIB/PB Relationship Managers, and other key stakeholders in the strategy, planning and fulfillment requirements of newly sourced and existing to bank managed relationships.
Within the EBS team this individual will also specialize in the sales of our Partner Capital Loan (PCL) product to firms and partners. This includes but is not limited to working with CIB colleagues to pitch PCL to eligible firms, delivering a positive customer experience to the participating firms and partners, and working closely with the PCL product team on enhancing the PCL program.
As our Corporate Account Manager you will:
Grow IWPB new-to-bank clients/accounts, deepen and retain relationshipsGrow revenue, and initiate/develop and maintain cross line of business and local and global relationships with key stakeholders and leaders, Relationship Managers, and Senior Management to drive EBS growthEnsure compliance and actively manage operational risk in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards and policiesCollaborate with the Digital Account Opening, International Banking Center, Wealth, and Wealth Center teams to ensure proper focus on strategy and deliverablesIn collaboration with the Customer Team, the EBS CAM will also prepare and implement direct sales and marketing plans designed to develop and establish corporate relationships along with accompanying individual sales results.For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100.00 and $175,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
