CORP - Safety Systems Administrator JobPlano, TX Apply Now Why You'll Love This Job This position will oversee and manage the risk management/safety system which provides incident management, safety management, compliance and safety audit functions for the safety/risk management department. The position will also provide administrative support for incident and claim functions which include all lines of insurance and Workers Comp. The position will work closely with the COO, SVP, Risk & Safety, the Director, Risk & Safety, Corporate Claims Manager and the Workers Comp Manager.

General Duties:
Providing exceptional Customer Service to the employees and managers of Atlantic. Constantly representing Atlantic in a positive and professional manner. Complying with corporate policies and procedures. Interacting with other Atlantic employees, customers, vendors and managers in a courteous, approachable, professional and genuine demeanor. Communicating work progress and/or issues to the Director of Training/Safety Systems and Analytics. Responsibilities Essential Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Origami Administrator
The primary administrator for the Atlantic Incident and Claims management system On incidents/near miss reporting, position will produce KPI/Dashboards; will manage and publish reports of latest loss trending Position will organize and provide gap analysis on uploaded files to Origami (AIR) to ensure all claim files are in order (witness statements, pics, videos, etc) Position will work closely with regional safety managers to ensure a complete incident investigation Position will add new users and provide any region changes Ensure the system automates all functions previously managed manually (establish and schedule monthly reports) Provide assistance for FBO operations management on making changes in the system On audit features, position will manage compliance on follow up action items Ensure the system creates a safety capex function in audit where we can quickly identify any discrepancies and provide scheduled reports Provide periodic training w/ regional safety and General Managers on interaction with system Create new mobile forms/Change user information when we get new users Provide any updates in the system with new incident, safety observation or audit featuresIncidents & Claims Support/Oversee Safety Reporting Decks
Provide interaction with regional safety managers and create alerts for follow ups and monthly status reports Produce month end Safety Reporting Decks for SVP Meetings and month end ownership group reporting Establish and set up claims files via Atlantic claims management system. Coordinate with Company insurance carriers and brokers to move claims to closure Follow up with Fixed Based Operations and Regional Risk to move claims to closure Perform other related duties as assigned by the SVP, Risk & Safety Assist Workers’ Comp Manager with incident investigation and review calls, organizing lost time data and OSHA reporting Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Skills & Qualifications Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. HTML coding experience preferred. Minimum of 2 – 3 Years of Risk Management and or System Administration experience. Minimum of 18 years of age. Must maintain a valid state driver’s license. Possess extreme maturity and confidentiality General knowledge of the principles and practices of claims administration. Ability to work independently with high level of accuracy. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff and employees. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
