We're looking for a night-shift Corn Cook Operator to join our team! If you're a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle physical work, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you'll do:

Operate cooking equipment like kettles and transfer pumps.Monitor and review cooking instructions, ensuring precise time, temperature, and weight checks.Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.Record all materials used for lot traceability.Ensure all ingredients are properly sealed, covered, and protected from debris.Help with general maintenance, such as tightening bolts, lubricating parts, and inspecting for wear and tear.Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) rules.


Work Experience

What we're looking for:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motions.Comfortable handling hot cooking equipment and utensils.Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Good vision for inspecting equipment.Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.Comfortable with physical exertion, including long periods of standing, climbing stairs, walking on slippery surfaces, bending, crouching, and reaching.Prior experience with GMPs, Allergen Control, and Employee Safety is a plus.
