Position Overview: The Showpad Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimizing Shaw’s enterprise sales enablement platform across Residential, Commercial, and Turf businesses. This role ensures Showpad is an effective, reliable, and easy-to-use tool for sales teams by overseeing content governance, reporting, and analytics while supporting day-to-day platform operations.Key ResponsibilitiesContent ManagementUpload, update, and organize sales, marketing, and training content within Showpad.Ensure content is tagged, structured, and maintained according to Shaw’s standards for easy discoverability by sales partners.Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to align content updates with launches, campaigns, and product releases.Governance & ComplianceServe as a gatekeeper for content standards, ensuring consistency and quality across Residential, Commercial, and Turf.Manage user permissions and access to maintain platform security and role-appropriate visibility.Support governance efforts by defining best practices for tagging, folder structures, and content lifecycles.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and run usage and adoption reports to provide insights on content performance, user engagement, and platform ROI.Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to measure the effectiveness of Showpad in driving sales productivity and customer engagement.Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for content strategy and training.User Support & TrainingProvide first-line support for associates and sales teams on platform functionality and best practices.Partner with Enablement and Training teams to build and deliver onboarding and refresher training for Showpad users.Act as the internal SME for Showpad capabilities, staying current on new features and releases.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Training, and IT to align platform use with business priorities.Support Residential leadership in leveraging Showpad for improved sales efficiency and customer experience.Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives to expand and enhance Showpad adoption across business units.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related field.3+ years of experience in content management, sales enablement platforms, or CRM/technology administration (Showpad experience strongly preferred).Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret usage and performance reports.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of governance and process discipline.Core Competencies:
